Republic of the Philippines Province of Antique Municipality of Valderrama OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT The Barangay Bakiang, Valderrama, Antique, through the Bids and Awards Committee BAC of the Local Government Unit of Valderrama, Antique, invites legally, technically, and financially capable suppliers/contractors to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the project described below: Name of Project: NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING IN BARANGAY BAKIANG, VALDERRAMA, ANTIQUE. Location: Brgy. Bakiang, Valderrama, Antique Brief Description: Improvement of 1-unit One 1 Storey 43.50 sq.m. Multi-Purpose Building Approved Budget for the Contract: ?1,000,000.00 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Funding Source: DILG – Local Government Support Fund LGSF Delivery Period: Forty-Two 42 calendar days Prospective offerors must have successfully completed at least one 1 similar contract, the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the applicable Philippine Statistics Authority PSA Consumer Price Index CPI, is at least fifty percent 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC. They must own the following: One 1 Bagger Concrete Mixer, One 1 Concrete Vibrator, One 1 Bar Cutter, One 1 Bar Bender, One 1 Plate Compactor, and One 1 Welding Machine available for the implementation of the contract. Offerors shall submit their sealed Negotiated Procurement Offer Quotation on or before the deadline indicated below. BAC ACTIVITIES/SCHEDULE: 1. Issuance of Bidding Documents - July 15 – 22, 2026 at the BAC Office, Valderrama Municipal Hall from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 2. Deadline of Submission of Offer - Offer Quotation may be submitted on or before July 23, 2026 – 9:00 AM at the BAC Office, Valderrama Municipal Hall, Valderrama, Antique 3. Submission of Offer - July 23, 2026 – 9:30 AM at the Conference Room, Office of the Municipal Mayor, Valderrama Municipal Hall, Valderrama, Antique. The Municipal Government of Valderrama, Antique reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, declare a failure of negotiation when warranted, annul the procurement process at any time prior to contract award, or award the contract to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the Most Advantageous Responsive Offer, in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 New Government Procurement Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected offerors.
