Tender Detail :	PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS TRAINING EQUIPMENT FOR CONCEPCION VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1. The Concepcion Vocational School CVS through the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority TESDA Region III Regional Bids and Awards Committee RBAC, through the TESDA CVS MDS Fund Fund 01 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos PhP3,245,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The CVS through the TESDA Region III RBAC now invites bids for Procurement of Various Training Equipment for Concepcion Vocational School using the Life cycle Assessment and Life cycle Cost Analysis;. Delivery of the Goods is required sixty 60 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from CVS through the TESDA Region III RBAC and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:00AM to 05:00PM. 5.
