PARTICULARS Design and Build for the Repair/Rehabilitation of Officers Dormitory under Public Bidding No. 2026-003-I Rebidding Approved Budget for the Contract ABC Php 90,059,000.00 Amount of Bidding Documents Php 50,000.00 Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last ten 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification to the Most Economically Advantageous Bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conferences, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation IRR. The issuance and availability of Bidding Documents shall be through the NMP and PHILGEPS websites, and the conduct of the Pre-Bid Conference and the Opening of Bids shall be through a hybrid set-up, face-to-face and online through the Zoom Video Conferencing platform, which NMP shall launch for this purpose. Bidders who can participate in the Submission and Opening of Bids are ONLY those who were able to pay the aforementioned nonrefundable fee in the following modes of payment: A. Payment at the NMP Cashier’s Office, Cabalawan, Tacloban City transaction hours: 8:00AM -5:00PM Step 1: The bidder shall proceed to the Office of the BAC Secretariat for the issuance of payment slip Step 2 : The bidder shall present payment slip to the Cashier’s Office for Payment of the Bid Documents. Step 3 : The bidder shall proceed to the BAC Secretariat office to present the official receipt for the proof of payment and may get a hard copy of the PBD, its Bid Bulletin/s, and other attachments. B. Payment thru bank: Step 1: The bidder shall pay at the bank using the following details: Account Name: DMW- National Maritime Polytechnic Bank: Development Bank of the Philippines – Tacloban City Account number: 00-0-2336-775-0. Step 2: The bidder shall present the deposit slip to the NMP Cashier’s Office or through the BAC official email at nmp.bacoffice@yahoo.com for the issuance of official receipt. Step 3: For the bidder who secured the official receipt through the NMP Cashier’s Office shall proceed to the BAC Secretariat office to present the official receipt and shall be provided a hard copy of the PBD, its Bid Bulletin/s, and other attachments. For the bidder who sent the deposit slip through email, the BAC Secretariat shall send a copy of the official receipt and soft copy of the PBD, its Bid Bulletin/s, and other attachments to their email addresses. The National Maritime Polytechnic reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts hereof, to waive any information therein, or to accept such bids or to award any part thereof to any bidder/s whose bid/s is/are considered most advantageous to the government.
