INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS COMPLETE/ORGANIC FERTILIZER FOR FARMERS AFFECTED BY DISASTER/NATURAL CALAMITIES IDENTIFICATION NO. TAMP-PB-GOODS-16-2026 1The Local Government of Tampakan, through the AO5-AB CY2026 GF Proper 9991-5-02-03-990 to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos ? 840,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS COMPLETE/ORGANIC FERTILIZER FOR FARMERS AFFECTED BY DISASTER/NATURAL CALAMITIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2The Local Government of Tampakan now invites bids for PURCHASE OF AGRICULTURAL INPUTS COMPLETE/ORGANIC FERTILIZER FOR FARMERS AFFECTED BY DISASTER/NATURAL CALAMITIES. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty 30 working days. Bidders should have completed, at least three 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4Interested Bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, General Services Office, Municipality of Tampakan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00am-12:00noon-1:00pm-5:00pm. 5A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 21, 2026- August 10, 2026, 2:00 in the afternoon from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at BAC Office, General Services Office, Tampakan Municipal Hall, Tampakan South Cotabato and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ?1,0000.00/set. 6The Local Government of Tampakan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on Date, 2:00 in the afternoon from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at BAC Office, General Services Office, Tampakan Municipal Hall, Tampakan South Cotabato and/or through video conferencing via https://us05web.zoom.us/j/82980772274?pwd=ulm5j46iUEzzeK6CyGCzMa3U7kaBjb.1 which shall be open to prospective Bidders APPLICABLE ONLY FOR THE PROJECT ?3,000,000.00 ABOVE . 7Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee BAC Secretariat through i manual submission at the office address indicated below, ii online submission through the electronic bidding facility of the PhilGEPS as indicated below, on or before August 10, 2026 until 2:00 in the afternoon. Late bids shall not be accepted. 8All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1. 9Bid opening shall be on August 10, 2026, 2:00 in the afternoon at the BAC Office, General Services Office, Tampakan Municipal Hall, Tampakan, South Cotabato and/or via https://us05web.zoom.us/j/82980772274?pwd=ulm5j46iUEzzeK6CyGCzMa3U7kaBjb.1.
