Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Sur Municipality of Magsingal INVITATION TO BID FOR REPAINTING OF COVERED COURT OF BARANGAY MANZANTE, MAGSINGAL, I. SUR. 1. The Brgy. Manzante, MAgsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Pesos Only 250,390.00 being approved Budget for the contractABC. 2. The Brgy. Manzante, Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the repainting of covered court. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & RegulationsIRR of Republic Act 9184RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent75% interest outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement SystemPhilgeps. 5. The Brgy. Manzante, Magsingal, I. Sur will hold a Pre-Bid on July 29, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at Brgy. Hall of Manzante, Magsingal, I. Sur, w/c shall be open to all interested parties. 6. Bid must delivered to the address on or before until August 25, 2026 12:00 noon at Brgy. Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. 7.
