Design and Fit-out Works for the BCDA Corporate Headquarters at Bonifacio Global City
1 The Bases Conversion and Development Authority BCDA, through the proposed 2026 Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Million and 00/100, Php 490,000,000.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC to payments under the contract for the Design and Fit-out Works for the BCDA Headquarters at Bonifacio Global City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2 BCDA, now invites bids for Procurement of the Design and Fit-out Works for the BCDA Headquarters at Bonifacio Global City that includes the complete Interior Design and fit-out works of the office building including all furniture, fixtures, and equipment as stated in the Terms of Reference TOR. Completion of the Works is required within 360 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within twenty 20 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section II – Instruction to Bidders ITB. 3 Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act NGPA”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4 Interested bidders may obtain further information from BCDA and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 06 August 2026 to 06 September 2026 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on 07 September 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. 5 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on 06 August 2026 to 06 September 2026 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on 07 September 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, in the amount of Fifty thousand Php50,000.
