Construction of the Pasig-Potrero Bridge Long-term Solution Package 1B - River Solution
1 The Bases Conversion and Development Authority BCDA, through its Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight hundred four million, three hundred sixty thousand, two hundred forty-one and 48/100 Php804,360,241.48 inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, being the Approved Budget for the Contract ABC, to payments under the contract for the Construction of the Pasig-Potrero Bridge Long-term Solution Package 1B - River Solution. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2 BCDA, now invites bids for Procurement of the Construction of the Pasig-Potrero Bridge Long-term Solution Package 1B - River Solution that includes the following Scope of Works: 2.1 Construction of Groundsill No.1 2.2 Construction of Revetment 500 meters 2.3 Provision of facilities for the Engineer and other general requirements. Completion of the Works is within 630 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within fifteen 15 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, Section II – Instruction to Bidders ITB. 3 Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act NGPA”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4 Interested bidders may obtain further information from BCDA and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 27 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on 27 April 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. 5 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on 27 March 2026 to 26 April 2026 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on 27 April 2026, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, in the amount of seventy-five thousand Php75,000. It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System PhilGEPS and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6 BCDA will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 06 April 2026, 1:00 PM, at BCDA Corporate Center 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st Street Corner 2nd Avenue, Crescent Parkwest Bonifacio Global City and/or through video conferencing via Zoom, https://bcda-gov-ph.zoom.us/j/86381477264?pwd=59UgUtPafFXvCxuH5su044n5bin3RQ.1 which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7 Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before 27 April 2026, 9:00 AM.
