Republic of the Philippines Province of Aklan MUNICIPALITY OF LIBACAO * * * The Local Government Unit of Libacao, through its Bids and Awards Committee BAC, invites contractors to submit bids for the following Contract: Contract I.D.: 2026LGU035 Contract Name: Improvement of Evacuation Center at Libacao Cultural Center Contract Location: Poblacion, Libacao, Aklan Brief Description: Removal and replacement of approximately 761.08 square meters of roofing materials, including Installation of Downspout, Water Proofing & Declogging of Exisiting Downspout. Approved Budget for the Contract ABC: PHP 999,722.12 Source of Funds: Special Trust Fund LDRRMF 2026 Contract Duration: 120 Calendar days The BAC is conducting the Public Bidding for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR. To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a Contractor must meet the following major requirements: a Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license for Size Range _____, b completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and c Net Financial Contracting Capacity NFCC at least equal to the ABC. The Local Government Unit will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award. Bidders that downloaded the Documents from the PhilGEPS website shall pay the fee upon submission of their bids. Bidder shall show proof of evidence that they are the authorized representative to submit/drop bid of the Contractor they represent. The Local Government Unit of Libacao reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process any time before the Contract Award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidders, in accordance with the Provisions of Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR.
