Hiring of Technical Preparers or Consultants for Drafting the Complete COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN CLUP OF PINTUYAN, SOUTHERN LEYTE Item No. Quantity Unit of Issue ITEM DESCRIPTION 1. 1 Lot 1 Draft Volume 1 – The Sectoral Plan 2. 1 Lot 2 Draft Volume 2 - The Pintuyan Zoning Ordinance As stipulated in Part 3 - Structure and Contents of the Zoning Ordinance, Page 241 of the Volume 1 CLUP Guidebooks, and guided in accordance with Volume 3 of the CLUP Guidebooks - The Model Zoning Ordinance 3. 1 Lot 3 Draft Volume 3 – The Sectoral Analysis 4. 1 Lot 4 CLUP Digitized Maps and Set of Presentation Maps with Geographic Coordinates in the Borders of each Map Canvass/Area including Digital Copies to be incorporated in the three Volumes output of the Pintuyan CLUP and another set of required presentation size for the PLUC Review and SP Approval Presentation 5. 1 Lot 5 Drafting of CDRA - Two Volumes 6. 1 Lot 6 Drafting of Local Shelter Plan LSP Terms and Condition: ? Services and Deliverables Output shall be complied within one 1 year and five 5 months ? The technical preparers/consultants granted by the Local Government Unit LGU of Pintuyan after complying the necessary procurement process for this purpose and upon completion on any of such shall submit each of the following deliverables to the Municipal Planning and Development Office MPDO of LGU-Pintuyan the product of their services both in hard copies and soft copies. An initial one 1 hard copy of each deliverable shall be printed, in appealing format-design to be presentable enough shall be submitted for purposes on the approval process. Soft copies of all deliverables shall also be submitted contained in a 1 Terabytes Flash Drive will form part of these services’ requirement, including the workable SHAPE FILES of the prepared and generated CLUP Maps. Electronic files within the external drive shall contain, 1 File Directory Folder Labelled -Pintuyan CLUP- with three sub-directory folders for each of the CLUP Volumes, 2 File Directory Folder for the prepared and generated Digitized Maps labelled -CLUP Maps- with three sub-directories on it one separate for all the workable shapefiles .shp, another for the copies of all the generated -Page Maps- and for the PLUC/SP -Presentations Maps-. Except for the 2 shapefiles, these files in two sub-folders be preferably in PDF .pdf file format. 3 Another file directory will be soft copies of the Executive Summary files and, 4 Directory Folder for appendices, references and any other important and or working document files. 4 Soft copy of CDRA and Local Shelter Plan. Note: The Local Government Unit LGU of Pintuyan now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Hiring of Technical Preparers/Consultants for drafting the complete Comprehensive Land Use Plan CLUP of Pintuyan, Southern Leyte using the competitive bidding. Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee BAC Secretariat on or before June 16, 2026 Tuesday at 9:00 o’clock in the morning Biometrics Time located at 2nd/Floor Municipal Hall of LGU-Pintuyan at Conference Room, 2nd/Floor Municipal Building, LGU-Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
