Tender Detail : IMPROVEMENT OF COVERED COURT AT BARANGAY JULUGAN VIII, INVITATION TO BID INFRA-2026-06-21 IMPROVEMENT OF COVERED COURT AT BARANGAY JULUGAN VIII, TANZA, CAVITE The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA, through the ANNUAL BUDGET APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIAN, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE & 42/100 PESOS PHP 1,499,925.42 being the ABC to payment under the contract for INFRA-2026-06-21 IMPROVEMENT OF COVERED COURT AT JULUGAN VIII, TANZA, CAVITE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of work is required within 33 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within five 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR of Republic Act RA No. 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on JUNE 04, 2026 from the given address upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PHP 5,000.00. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees to be attached in the bid form. The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on JUNE 23, 2026 at the CONFERENCE ROOM, OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, A. SORIANO HIGHWAY, DAANG AMAYA I, TANZA, CAVITE which shall be open to prospective bidders. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the OFFICE OF THE BAC SECRETARIAT, MUNICIPAL BUILDING, A. SORIANO HIGHWAY, DAANG AMAYA I, TANZA, CAVITE before 2:00 PM of JULY 07, 2026. Late bids shall not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. Bid opening shall be on JULY 07, 2026, 2:00 PM at the CONFERENCE ROOM, OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR, A. SORIANO HIGHWAY, DAANG AMAYA I, TANZA, CAVITE. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. The MUNICIPALITY OF TANZA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised IRR of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
